Make your way to the correct entrance of the stadium, and into your designated suite. The Platinum Suite, 1889 and boardroom are located on Cherry St, whereas the ambassadors suite, International Bar and Executive Boxes are located on John Street, accessible through John St reception.
Cars can be left over night, but must be collected the next morning. All cars are left at the owners own risk
The main car park is located on Cherry St, just off Bramall Lane.
We would suggest you make contact with the event organiser, and request a set of joining instructions. Alternatively, our conference & events team may be able to assist. The Platinum Suite, 1889 Suite and Director’s Boardroom are located on Cherry Street, whereas the Tony Currie Suite, International Bar and Executive Boxes are located on John Street, accessible through John Street Executive reception.
In the south stand, located in the Cherry Street car park.
The stadium’s post code is S2 4SU. For function suites on the John Street side of the stadium, please use S2 4SW.
The train station is approximately 1 mile away – around a 15 minute walk, or 5 minutes in a car/taxi.
Our taxi partner is city taxis – 0114 2393939.
We have up to 400 complimentary car parking spaces on-site, available on a first-come, first-served basis.
The Copthorne Hotel Sheffield is located on within the footprint of Bramall Lane, on the corner of Bramall Lane and Cherry St. Please refer to accommodation for details on rooms available.
Yes, we have a number of rooms that are licensed to conduct a civil wedding. You would need to book the registrar directly and confirm the timings with the registrar, then let us know the details.
We have a whole host of recommended suppliers that we would be happy to pass onto you. Please ask our conference & events team for information.
For weddings, we allow out bride & groom to go pitch-side with their photographer. The duty manager and one of our security staff will be appointed to take you down to show you where you can access. Unfortunately we cannot allow the whole wedding party pitch-side.
Yes, one of our executive boxes can be utilised. This is a great space to get ready and look out on to the pitch. If you would like to arrange overnight accommodation, we can obtain a discounted rate from the hotel onsite.
You can book an appointment with conference & events team in line with when the room is free to view. The Sales Office is open 9:00am-5:00pm, Monday-Friday. Alternatively, check out our virtual tours, located on our facilities page.

Yes, we offer a drinks pre order service. Once you have booked your event, one of our co-ordinators can send you a pre-order form with all the drinks package information.
Unfortunately not. Our policy is that no alcohol can be taken out of the stadium and all drinks purchased must be consumed on the premises only.
The general rule of thumb is no, however, with prior agreement with our conference and events team, we can come to an arrangement with a corkage package.
No, due to food safety regulations, all left over food must unfortunately be disposed of.
We listen to feedback from our guests and where possible try to work suggestions into the menus. Our award-winning head chef works very closely with our talented team of chefs to create new and exciting dishes, and we use local, seasonal produce in our menus.

Yes, we are able to order kosher meals from our supplier. Please liaise with the conference and events team for more information. Please note, out kitchens don’t operate kosher procedures.
We offer a wide choice of dishes, and across these, use both halal and non-halal products. Upon prior request, we are able to source specifically halal products. All halal products are prepared at source; our kitchens don’t operate halal procedures.
No, all of our products are GM free.
Yes, where ever possible, we strive to use local produce throughout our business.
We provide allergen information on all products served, whether that be food or drink. Please ask the duty manager on the day, who will be able to provide you with this information.
We are happy to help with any dietary requirements and will find a tasty solution for most requests. Please do feel free to call the conference & events team before your visit to discuss, or you can speak to your dedicated duty manager on arrival.
