When should I let you know about dietary requirements?
We ask to be notified of dietary requirements a minimum of 14 days prior to the event. For private parties, please contact your Christmas Coordinator.
What is the dress code?
Our guests really love getting dressed up, so we recommend you dress to impress!
When will I receive my tickets?
This is a ticketless event; it’s less hassle for you and is better for the planet. Upon arriving at the stadium, we just need the name you booked under.
Do you have parking on site?
There is limited free onsite parking in the Cherry Street car park (first come first served). All vehicles are parked at the owners risk.
Can I pay by cash at the bar?
We are a cashless venue, so please bring a credit or debit card. To avoid bar queues on the night, we recommend that you pre-book one of our drinks packages.
